Dante created Foundry Search on a foundation of highly personalized retained search, specializing in placing top engineering, product, and design talent across multiple industries.

Prior to Foundry, Dante was a partner at Riviera Partners, where he focused on a variety of product development roles spanning top-tier VC-backed companies, public, and private equity firms. Before his executive search career, Dante worked as a management consultant with leading firms including Accenture, Diamond Technology Partners, and Cognizant.

Dante earned his Master in Computer Information Systems from Bentley College and a BS in Chemistry from the University of Massachusetts.

Dante moved from Boston to the Bay Area during the dot-com era and currently resides in Marin County with his wife, two children and their two cats.
